A big thanks goes out to all who came to the writing workshop hosted by Dalat Library this evening. It was extremely fun being with a group of writers – many young writers – who were full of ideas, questions, and comments.

I enjoyed being able to share some of my thought-process (or lack thereof) which went into writing Beauty Rising.  Talked about imagery, cohesiveness of writing structure, practice writing, character development, generating ideas, and a bunch of other topics including Scrivener.

I had a great time.  We’ll wrap up this series on April 9 with a look at the publishing industry.  If you are on the island, put it on your calendar.
