I kind of wish ‘fingers burning’ meant that I was pounding out my next great story overnight; however, my fingers are literally burning at this moment because I made salsa this morning and I refuse to wear any rubber gloves to protect me from the peppers. So, I suffer a slow, steady burn, but it shall be worth it. Here are the peppers and other ingredients and then below are 4.5 quarts of the finished product.

Once when I was making your recipe, I accidentally wiped sweat from my face and body when I was done, and boy was I on fire! But salsa-burn aside, it is awesome!
