Here’s what I cooked for my amazing cast of Grandparents’ War:
Appetizer – Fresh Vietnamese spring roll – (marinated, charcoal grilled chicken, pineapple, fresh basil, cucumber, spring onion, bean sprout dipped in spicy peanut sauce)
Main: Stuffed crust pizza – topped with homemade spicy sausage (ground pork, fennel seed, chili, garlic powder, oregano, basil, parsley, black pepper) , garlic butter & Parmesan)
Dessert: Four layer Devil’s food cake with vanilla-butter frosting served with homemade ice cream (either Raspberry or Chocolate-Peanut Butter)
