As I mentioned a few days ago, I’ve decided to put my fourth novel in Kindle Scout to see if Kindle Press wants to publish it. Two of the requirements are to add a 45 character description and a 500 character description of the novel. I hate writing these types of story summaries, but they are necessary.
Here’s what I currently have. They are still in progress, but if you have any feedback, I’d appreciate it.
A Love Story for a Nation – 45 Character One-Liner
The revolution starts with an innocent smile.
A Love Story for a Nation – 500 Character Book Description
As nightly raids burn the capital city, the mundane existence of Gerald Sanpatri takes a dramatic shift when Rosia walks into his life bringing laughter and unexpected love. She inspires the ex-writer to once again take up his pen and write the impossible: a love story for an entire nation. A Love Story for a Nation chronicles the explosive and heart-warming journey of one country’s brush with history through the eyes of a courageous man who dared to stand up, smile, and think the unimaginable.

I think your One-liner as well as the Book Description sound very intriguing and will generate enthusiasm for ‘A Love Story For A Nation’.
Thank you, Marilou! I’ll give it a shot and see what happens.
